We are looking for a Trainee, Front Office to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.

In this position, you will support the Front Office team in delivering excellent guest service while gaining hands-on experience, developing your communication and organizational skills, and building a strong foundation in luxury hospitality.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent guest service by discovering all of our guests needs and acting on these needs proactively, effectively and promptly
  • Maintain a professional and high-quality service oriented environment at all times
  • Maintain working relationships and communicate with all departments
  • Welcome guests and resolve any possible problem / complaint quickly and courteously
  • Have to perform check in, check out duties

Requirements

  • Very good command of English, both verbal and written.
  • Friendly, respectful and professional attitude.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop within a luxury hospitality environment.
