We are looking for a Trainee Team Leader, Style to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.

In this position, you will support the Housekeeping leadership team with daily operations, quality inspections, guest service and team coordination, while developing the technical and leadership skills needed for a future supervisory role.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Housekeeping leadership team with daily operations.
  • Assist with the coordination of guest rooms and public areas.
  • Participate in room and public area quality inspections.
  • Report maintenance issues and follow up with Engineering.
  • Support supplies, inventories and Lost & Found procedures.
  • Follow Brand Standards, SOPs, company policies and Health & Safety requirements.
  • Participate in training and team development activities. Support guest requests and preferences.

Requirements

  • Currently studying or holding a diploma in a relevant field.
  • Previous experience in a hotel environment is a plus, but not essential.
  • Good command of English.
  • Enjoys working with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
  • Guest-focused and genuinely interested in creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Positive, adaptable and open to learning and new challenges.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Motivated to learn, grow and develop leadership skills.
