We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to join our product team and contribute to building intuitive, engaging, and scalable digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Product Development and Figma, with the ability to translate user needs and business requirements into thoughtful, visually compelling product experiences.

You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle, from understanding requirements and defining user flows to creating wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and supporting implementation.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Own UI/UX design activities across different stages of product development, from discovery and ideation through design, testing, and implementation.
  • Understand product requirements, user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints to create effective design solutions.
  • Create user flows, information architectures, wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
  • Use Figma extensively to create, organize, prototype, and maintain design files and reusable components.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are practical, scalable, and aligned with product goals.
  • Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and use insights to improve product experiences.
  • Identify usability issues and propose design improvements that simplify complex workflows.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and visual guidelines to ensure consistency across products.
  • Create responsive designs that provide a seamless experience across web, mobile, and different screen sizes.
  • Present design concepts and decisions clearly to stakeholders and incorporate constructive feedback.
  • Work closely with developers during implementation to ensure the final product matches the intended design and user experience.
  • Review implemented features, identify UI/UX gaps, and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve inconsistencies.
  • Stay updated with evolving UI/UX trends, design methodologies, accessibility standards, and emerging product design practices.

Must-Have Skills

  • Product Development: Strong understanding of the end-to-end product development lifecycle and ability to contribute effectively from ideation to execution.
  • Figma: Hands-on expertise in Figma for wireframing, UI design, prototyping, component creation, and design collaboration.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, user-centered design, usability, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to convert product requirements and user problems into simple, intuitive, and scalable design solutions.
  • Experience working closely with product and engineering teams in an agile environment.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant UI/UX and product design work.
  • Good understanding of responsive design, design systems, typography, color theory, spacing, and accessibility.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience designing SaaS, consumer, B2B, mobile, or web-based products.
  • Familiarity with usability testing, user research, analytics, and experimentation.
  • Understanding of frontend technologies such as HTML and CSS is a plus.
  • Experience working with design systems and component libraries is preferred.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
