€2,500-€3,500/month | Full-time | CET ±3hUnfair Advantage Capital is a Cyprus-based family office that builds, operates and grows businesses alongside Christian Wolf, one of Germany’s leading fitness and weight-loss influencers.

The group’s portfolio spans apps, agencies, B2B CRM, e-commerce, cosmetics and skincare. With long-term capital, hands-on operational expertise and an extensive European influencer network, the team takes an active role in developing products, growing brands and scaling its portfolio companies.

We're looking for a Remote Executive Assistant (German-Speaking / AI-Savvy). You'll be the backbone behind a family office and several fast-growing companies, making sure every receipt is filed, every contract is signed and stored, and every message gets handled. This role combines bookkeeping, inbox and calendar management, document control and logistics across multiple companies and time zones.

📋 Collect, match and file every receipt and invoice the same day, so the books are always ready for tax advisors

✏️ Prepare the bookkeeping for each company and chase anything missing

💼 Get NDAs and contracts signed, versioned and stored where they belong

📁 Own the structure of drives so anyone on the team finds any document in seconds

🔄 Follow up open points with lawyers, tax advisors and partners until they're closed

💡 Handle short research tasks, always ending in a clear recommendation

📧 Go through email and WhatsApp daily: sort, flag what needs attention, handle what doesn't

📅 Book calls and meetings across several people and time zones

✈️ Plan travel and logistics, plus occasional personal bookings the way they're needed

🤝 Provide scheduling, travel and admin support for the wider team

This is a full-time, exclusive role. You'll work remotely within CET ±3h.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you need:

✅ Near-native conversational fluency in German

✅ Fluent English

✅ Clear, friendly, fast communication with a feel for tone and discretion

✅ Extremely organised, reliable and discreet approach - you close loops and take pride in doing admin well

✅ 2+ years as EA, office manager or in operations

✅ Comfort with numbers and invoices

✅ Daily Claude or ChatGPT user who can show where it saves you time
