The posting

We are looking for a hands-on Website Maintenance Project Manager to coordinate website support and development projects.

You will work closely with developers, designers, SEO specialists, and QA engineers, manage communication with clients, and ensure that tasks are completed on time and meet the expected quality standards.

This role requires both strong coordination skills and a willingness to handle smaller website content updates independently through a CMS.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage website maintenance and development tasks from initial request to final delivery.
  • Gather and clarify requirements from clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare clear and well-structured tasks for developers, designers, SEO specialists, and QA engineers.
  • Define the issue, expected outcome, requirements, and acceptance criteria for each task.
  • Coordinate the development of new website functionality, pages, sections, forms, and landing pages.
  • Prioritize tasks, monitor deadlines, and keep stakeholders informed about progress.
  • Review completed work and perform basic functional and visual website testing.
  • Identify and investigate website issues before escalating them to technical specialists.
  • Maintain clear and professional business correspondence with clients in Russian and English.
  • Manage projects and tasks in Jira and other internal systems.
  • Handle smaller website updates independently through a CMS, including editing pages, content blocks, menus, metadata, images, and other website elements.
  • Prepare reports and maintain relevant project documentation.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Project Manager, Account Project Manager, Website Manager, or in a similar role within digital, web development, or a related field.
  • A solid understanding of web development fundamentals, including how websites, pages, forms, integrations, domains, redirects, and responsive layouts work.
  • Experience working with CMS platforms. Knowledge of 1C-Bitrix or WordPress is preferred; alternatively, you should be comfortable learning new CMS platforms quickly.
  • Ability to prepare clear, structured, and technically understandable tasks for cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to review completed work and perform basic functional and visual website testing.
  • Experience working with Jira or a similar task management system.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to investigate issues independently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in both Russian and English, including the ability to communicate confidently with clients and colleagues in writing and during meetings.
  • Willingness to take a hands-on approach rather than work solely as a coordinator.

Benefits

  • Remote job;
  • Competitive salary based on your experience;
  • Bonus part after probation period (3 months) based on KPIs;
  • Prioritising employee wellbeing and providing the necessary facilities for their comfort (medical insurance after probation end, corporate equipment, dedicated onboarding manager);
  • Clear business objectives, opportunities for growth within the company;
  • Scheduling: from Monday to Friday, form 9 AM till 6 PM (GMT+2,+3 or+4).
  • The start-up environment is fast-paced and constantly growing, with full support from our established international team.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
