  • Own the Incident Forensics & Analytics topic by consistently reviewing analysts' post-incident retrospectives and analytics, and encourage analysts to work with Product and Engineering teams to represent new attack schemes and scenarios.
  • Contribute to or lead projects that reduce Account Takeover-related losses while maintaining a positive customer experience, including liaising with third-party vendors.
  • Create statistical metrics highlighting the problems with potential solutions to improve customer experience.
  • Provide support and/or approval for new procedures proposed by Tier 1 and Tier 2 analysts, and take ownership of particularly complex cases.
  • Perform proactive, in-depth investigations by querying relevant data (Snowflake/Python/SIEM) and using available tooling.
  • Develop, initiate, maintain, and revise automated strategies and approaches for Booking.com's Security and Cyber Operations within the broader organizational context.
  • Keep internal documentation and procedures up to date, and develop new ways to uphold high standards of operations team performance.
  • Monitor existing systems and metrics to identify efficiency issues and detect more advanced, complex incidents, escalating these to the CoE team under ASAF guidance and supervision for Incident Response.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the Account Security threat landscape to continually improve detection and prevention methods.
  • Represent the team with external stakeholders and act as the go-to Subject Matter Expert when consulted.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
