Ihre Aufgaben

  • Selbstständige Betreuung und Bedienung moderner Produktionsanlagen
  • Verantwortung für einen reibungslosen und störungsfreien Produktionsablauf
  • Überwachung von Produktionsprozessen und Qualitätsvorgaben
  • Durchführung von Maschinenumstellungen, Einstellungen und Anpassungen
  • Erkennen und Beheben von kleineren Störungen im laufenden Betrieb
  • Kontrolle und Dokumentation von Produktionsdaten
  • Bereitstellung von Rohstoffen und Produktionsmaterialien
  • Mitarbeit bei Wartungs-, Reinigungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten
  • Einhaltung sämtlicher Sicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Produktionsrichtlinien

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung (z. B. Polymechaniker, Produktionsmechaniker, Automobilfachmann, Automobil-Mechatroniker oder vergleichbar)
  • Erfahrung in der industriellen Produktion von Vorteil
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Technisches Verständnis und Interesse an modernen Fertigungsprozessen
  • Freude am Arbeiten mit Maschinen und technischen Anlagen
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und präzise Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähige und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (2-Schichtbetrieb)
