Job Overview

We are seeking a smart, creative, and detail-oriented graduate to join our team as an E-commerce Website Executive Trainee. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about digital business, online sales, customer experience, and website management.

As an E-commerce Website Executive Trainee, you will receive hands-on training and practical

exposure in managing and growing the company's online store. You will assist with product uploads, website updates, customer order processing, digital promotions, and overall website performance to support business growth and improve customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. E-Commerce Training s Development:

o Participate in structured training programs to understand the company's products, website operations, online sales process, and digital customer engagement strategies.

o Learn how to manage e-commerce platforms, inventory systems, and online marketing tools.

2. Website Management:

o Upload and update product listings, prices, product descriptions, and images on the company website.

o Ensure product information is accurate, properly categorized, and visually appealing.

o Monitor website functionality and report technical issues when necessary.

3. Order Processing s Customer Support:

o Monitor incoming orders and coordinate processing and delivery.

o Respond to customer inquiries received through the website, email, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.

o Provide prompt support and resolve customer complaints or order-related issues professionally.

4. Digital Sales s Promotions:

o Assist in planning and executing online promotions, discounts, and product campaigns.

o Support social media and digital marketing activities aimed at driving traffic and sales to the website.

o Track customer engagement and online sales performance.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Mass Communication, or related fields.

· Strong interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, and online business operations.

· Basic knowledge of social media and online selling platforms is an added advantage.

· Good communication and customer service skills.

· Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.

· Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
