Job Title: Senior Account Officer Reporting to: Managing Director Experience: 4-7 years

Location: Orchid, Lekki

Salary: Open with benefits

Job Summary The Senior Account Officer with proficiency in Zoho ERP to manage day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, statutory compliance, and effective cost control. The role supports payroll, audits, and financial record-keeping.

Job Responsibilities

Manage accounts receivable and payable, including invoicing and vendor payments

Prepare audit schedules and support annual audits

Generate weekly and monthly financial/activity reports

Compute and remit statutory obligations (PAYE, WHT, VAT, ITF, Pension, etc.)

Process payroll in collaboration with HR/Admin

Maintain accurate bookkeeping, cash records, and financial software postings

Reconcile company accounts and monitor income/expenditure

Liaise with government agencies on statutory payments and compliance

Oversee financial activities of sister companies

Maintain confidentiality of all financial information

Perform additional duties as assigned

Job requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Minimum of 4–7 years' relevant experience in a finance or accounting role

Proficiency in Zoho ERP is mandatory

Progress toward or membership of ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent is an added advantage
