Du wirst Teil unserer aktuell dreiköpfigen Triebwerk Crew – unserem Team für alles rund um Administratives, Buchhaltung und Finanzen. Während andere noch in Kanzleihierarchien festhängen, gestaltest du bei uns den digitalen Wandel aktiv mit. Während klassische Kanzleien oft auf starre Strukturen und Hierarchien setzen, leben wir Eigenverantwortung, Vertrauen und digitale Freiheit. Du bist in unserem Büro in Möhnesee willkommen, kannst aber auch 100% remote arbeiten. Bei uns gibt es keine physischen Aktenordner. Du arbeitest mit modernen Tools wie SevDesk, DATEV, Moss und Odoo. Du bringst deine IT-Affinität aktiv ein, um Prozesse zu vereinfachen, zu automatisieren und gemeinsam weiterzuentwickeln.

Das bedeutet im Detail:

  • Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung der digitalen Belegerfassung mit SevDesk und Verarbeitung in DATEV
  • Weiterverarbeitung der Belege unserer Kolleg:innen von Moss (Kreditkarten) zu DATEV
  • Selbstständige Buchung und Unterstützung der Auswertung mit DATEV
  • Nutzung unseres ERP-Systems Odoo z.B. zur Anlage von Kreditoren
  • Durchführung der Lohnbuchhaltung mindestens in Vertretungs-Fällen
  • Dokumentation und Pflege von Buchhaltungs-Prozessen
  • Sammlung von Ideen zur Automatisierung von wiederkehrenden Vorgängen

Was wir mit dieser Rolle nicht meinen:

  • Du bist nicht der/die „Kanzlei-Knecht:in“ für alles
  • Du wirst nicht mit Deadlines jonglieren, die gestern schon überfällig waren - ohne Kontext oder Rückendeckung
  • Du bist nicht die einzige Person, die Prozesse dokumentiert oder automatisiert
  • Du bist nicht die zentrale Anlaufstelle für alle Sicherheitsfragen – aber du gestaltest mit
  • Du musst keine Anweisungen „von oben“ ausführen, ohne sie hinterfragen zu dürfen
  • Du wirst nicht für jede Idee ein Formular ausfüllen oder drei Unterschriften einholen müssen

Dein Profil

Du solltest über folgende Skills verfügen:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Steuerfachangestellten
  • Berufserfahrung von mindestens 3 Jahren in dem Bereich
  • Erfahrung in der Kontierung und digitalen Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit modernen Buchhaltungstools
  • Ausgeprägte IT-Affinität & Lust auf Automatisierung
  • Deutschkenntnisse mindestens auf dem Niveau B2

Entwicklungsperspektiven:

  • Weiterbildung und Zertifizierungen im Bereich Buchhaltung
