WEC está desarrollando sesiones inmersivas en navegador para uno de sus proyectos, con audio y video en tiempo real, usuarios conectados en una misma experiencia y coordinación entre host y visitantes.

Buscamos una persona con experiencia real en WebRTC / LiveKit en producción, capaz de implementar y estabilizar la capa de comunicación en tiempo real del proyecto. No buscamos un frontend generalista ni alguien que solo haya trabajado tutoriales o pruebas locales.

Condiciones

  • Compañía colombiana: World Engineering Corp S.A.S.
  • Contrato por prestación de servicios.
  • Pago mensual en COP.
  • Trabajo remoto, preferiblemente desde Colombia.
  • Trabajo por hitos, entregables verificables y seguimiento técnico.
  • Coordinación con el equipo actual

Lo que hará

  • Implementar y estabilizar LiveKit / WebRTC dentro del proyecto.
  • Configurar creación y unión a salas.
  • Manejar host, visitantes, permisos y estados de participantes.
  • Implementar mute/unmute, cámara, micrófono, selección de dispositivos y salida de sesión.
  • Trabajar token generation, room identity, participant metadata y roles.
  • Resolver reconexión, errores de navegador, fallos de audio/video y escenarios móviles.
  • Coordinar integración con el frontend existente.
  • Documentar decisiones técnicas, configuración y pasos de despliegue.
  • Apoyar pruebas en Chrome, Safari, iPhone, Android y redes reales.

Requisitos mínimos — no aplicar si no los cumple

  • Experiencia real implementando WebRTC, LiveKit, Twilio Video, Daily, Agora, Jitsi SDK o similar.
  • Haber trabajado con audio/video en navegador con usuarios reales o entornos cercanos a producción.
  • Conocimiento práctico de ICE, STUN, TURN, reconexión, permisos de cámara/micrófono y fallos de red.
  • JavaScript / TypeScript sólido.
  • React suficiente para integrar la experiencia en el frontend.
  • Capacidad de trabajar con backend para tokens, roles, salas, permisos y eventos.
  • Comunicación clara y documentación técnica.
