Key Responsibilities:

PROPÓSITO DEL PUESTO

Implementar la propuesta programática de las Áreas de Enfoque Secundario asignada (comunidades) en alineamiento a los planes de Programa de Área, las Políticas y Procedimientos Organizacionales y mediante el establecimiento de relaciones colaborativas solidas con socios locales a fin de generar impacto sostenible en el bienestar y tierna protección de las niñas, niños, adolescentes y jóvenes del área de influencia.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES

Contribuir a la revitalización del Patrocinio y al desarrollo de habilidades para la vida en los NNAJ

Implementar los procesos de monitoreo del bienestar de la niñez a través de la programación del PA

Asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de operaciones de servicio de patrocinio en el sector geográfico asignado (comunidades).

Realizar las acciones que faciliten el empoderamiento del tejido social comunitario sobre el bienestar sostenido y tierna protección de las niñas, niños, adolescentes y jóvenes por medio de procesos de participación proactiva, trabajo en asocio y gestión local

Proporcionar las evidencias e insumos para una rendición de cuentas adecuada y oportuna sobre el bienestar sostenido y tierna protección de la niñez

Participar en actividades de enriquecimiento espiritual

Participar en acciones de emergencia que la Organización le designe

Leer, entender y aplicar las políticas institucionales con énfasis en las políticas relacionadas a la protección de la niñez

Requisitos del puesto:

- Profesional de nivel técnico o Licenciatura en Ciencias Sociales.

- Mínimo tres años de experiencia en proyectos de desarrollo comunitario o en el sector ONGs.

- Experiencia en relacionamiento con actores claves de las comunidades y del área de enfoque primario. (Organizaciones comunitarias, instituciones del estado, grupos organizados y ONGs y otras instituciones).

- Manejo de Microsoft Office (Word, Excell, Power Point, etc.)

- Manejo de Outlook.

- Conocimiento del contexto del Programa.

- Residente en la localidad de Haina, San Cristobal o Zonas Aledañas
