Prover liderança na gestão do projecto WASH no âmbito de contextos frágeis. Sob a supervisão do Líder do departamento de WASH, o coordenador será responsável pela planificação, implementação, monitoria, capacitação, gestão orçamental, prestação de contas, advocacia e relatórios. Ele ou Ela representará a Organização -WVM- junto aos doadores e partes interessadas nos níveis distrital e provincial.

Liderar o ensaio piloto das obras do Sand Abstration e providenciar o feedaback do funcionamento

Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura em Engenharia Civil/WASH ou equivalente.
  • Três (3) anos de experiência profissional no domínio da conceção e construção de edifícios.
  • Experiência de trabalho em projectos de construção liderados pela comunidade será uma vantagem.
  • Conhecimento de AutoCAD e/ou outro software de desenho é obrigatório.
  • Conhecimentos de software de análise e desenho estrutural.
  • Deve demonstrar uma sólida compreensão dos protocolos de conceção e implementação de sistemas.
  • Fortes competências interpessoais e capacidade comprovada de trabalhar em equipa.
  • Excelentes capacidades de comunicação escrita e oral.
  • Deve demonstrar capacidade para gerir prioridades concorrentes.
  • Deve demonstrar capacidade para resolver problemas complexos e para exercer juízo independente.
  • Falar Inglês e Português
