Play a key role in accelerating the delivery of clinical research by leading site activation activities across assigned studies and therapeutic areas. In this position, you'll drive study start-up strategies, coordinate cross-functional teams, and help ensure clinical sites are ready to enroll patients efficiently and compliantly.

You'll serve as a central point of accountability for site activation activities, partnering with sponsors, project teams, sites, and regulatory stakeholders to keep critical milestones on track. Your expertise in study start-up, risk management, and stakeholder engagement will directly contribute to the successful delivery of clinical trials.

Working in a collaborative global environment, you'll have the opportunity to influence processes, support operational excellence, and help deliver quality outcomes that advance innovative therapies for patients worldwide.

Where You'll Work

This is a REMOTE role open to candidates based in Singapore. You will collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones.

What You'll Do

  • Lead study start-up and site activation activities for assigned projects, serving as the primary point of contact and accountability for delivery.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure site activation milestones are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Drive the collection, tracking, analysis, and management of essential study documentation and site activation deliverables.
  • Partner with project teams to support site qualification, selection, feasibility, and site identification activities as needed.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and key updates to sponsors, project leadership, and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop risk assessments and mitigation plans to proactively address challenges that may impact study timelines or deliverables.
  • Monitor budgets, track out-of-scope activities, and support change order processes to maintain financial and operational oversight.
  • Establish and interpret site activation metrics and KPIs, using insights to drive performance improvements and corrective actions.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives, SOP development, training activities, and business development efforts, including proposals and bid defense support.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in a medical, biological, physical, health, pharmacy, or related science field, or equivalent education/training combined with relevant clinical research experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience within a CRO or pharmaceutical environment, preferably in Start-up Management, Project Management, and/or Site Management.
  • Strong understanding of clinical trial start-up activities, regulatory processes, and global clinical research operations.
  • Knowledge of ICH GCP guidelines, FDA/EU Clinical Trial Directives, and applicable national regulatory requirements.
  • Proven project management, organizational, and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and risk management capabilities with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent collaboration, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
