Job Summary: A Technical Sales Engineer role focused on gas turbines and turbomachinery, based in Lagos, Nigeria. The position centres on selling and supporting rotating equipment and oil and gas equipment, working with customers through the full opportunity lifecycle from prospecting to contract award.

Responsibilities: – Develop and pursue sales opportunities for gas turbines, rotating equipment and oil and gas equipment such as multiphase pumps and compressors. – Manage the full sales process from prospecting through tendering, negotiation and contract award. – Build and maintain customer relationships across the upstream, midstream and downstream oil and gas sector. – Provide technical sales support and service input for turbomachinery and rotating equipment. – Prepare and submit competitive tenders and proposals in collaboration with internal engineering and commercial teams. – Deliver customer-focused technical solutions and aftermarket support that meet client specifications. – Track pipeline activity, forecasts and market intelligence to inform sales strategy. – Represent the company at industry events, client meetings and site visits.

Requirements: Required • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent discipline • Minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in Gas Turbines & Rotating Equipment sales and service role • At least 3 years’ direct experience within the upstream, midstream or downstream oil and gas industry • Proven record of developing opportunities from prospecting through tendering, negotiation and contract award • Experience in Oil and Gas equipment (Multiphase Pumps & Compressors) sales

Preferred • Master’s degree • Possession of COREN or NSE • Experience with aftermarket sales and field service
