求める人材

業務内容

  • データインフラ、クラウド、MLプラットフォームに関する複雑なクロスファンクショナルプログラムを管理・推進する
  • プログラムの要件、成功指標、コミュニケーションを管理し、組織全体および自動運転ロードマップとの整合性を確保する
  • スプリント、四半期、年度の計画期間をまたぐ統合Plan of Recordを作成・維持し、自動運転機能のレディネスおよびバリデーションゲートに向けた明確なクリティカルパスを設定する
  • Active Learning Loopプログラム全体のクロスファンクショナルな計画策定と高スピードな実行をリードし、依存関係やブロッカーを先回りして解消するとともに、タイムリーでエビデンスに基づく意思決定を推進する
  • ML EngineeringおよびData Engineeringのチーム・リーダーと継続的に連携し、必要なケイパビリティが適切なタイミングで提供されるようにする
  • 開発ワークフローにおける構造的な課題を特定・解決し、自動運転開発の効率化およびバリデーション成果の向上に取り組む他のTPMをメンタリングしながら、TPMプラクティスを継続的に進化させる
  • ALLプログラム全体におけるクラウドコスト最適化およびコンピュート調達の取り組みを支援する

必須条件

  • コンピュータサイエンス、工学、または関連する技術分野の学士号以上
  • ソフトウェア、自動車、航空宇宙、ロボティクス、モビリティ関連業界のいずれかにおける、4年以上のプロジェクトおよびプログラムマネジメント経験
  • データパイプライン、トレーニングワークフロー、シミュレーション、オフラインバリデーションインフラなど、ML開発エコシステムに関する知識・経験
  • 複数のステークホルダーが関与する大規模なクロスファンクショナルプログラムを成功裏に完遂した実績
  • 分散したチームおよび多様なビジネス文化の中で、高いレベルの方向性をもとに、曖昧な状況下で技術プログラムを推進した経験
  • チームの文化や運用上の制約に適応しながら、プログラム運営および意思決定の仕組みを構築・改善した経験

歓迎条件

  • 自動運転プログラム、自動車業界、OEMまたはTier 1環境での経験
  • L2/L4システム向け自動運転機能の開発経験
  • ビジネスレベルの日本語能力
  • PMP/PMI、その他のプロジェクトおよびプログラムマネジメント関連資格
