業務内容

  • 車載(オンボード)開発向け社内地図リリースを、仕様策定・変換・検証・提供まで一貫してリードする
  • 社内地図仕様を設計・維持し、ベンダーデータをその仕様へ変換するフォーマット変換・後処理パイプラインを構築・運用する
  • データの整合性を担保する品質検証を構築・運用し、各リリースが満たすべきチェック項目と指標を定義する
  • 非車載(オフボード)開発（機械学習のラベリング、シミュレーション、システム評価）向けのグラウンドトゥルース地図を提供する
  • 社内開発で利用するデータ・ソフトウェアのライセンス(データ使用許諾など)を管理し、適正な利用を推進する
  • ベンダーデータのカバレッジと品質を社内基準に照らして評価・管理する
  • 様々なシステムに向け、パイプラインを多種多様な道路や様々な地図種別（ナビ地図、ADAS地図など）に対応させる
  • プロセスのドキュメント化とメンバーの育成を通じて、地図データに関するノウハウをチーム内で共有する

必須条件

  • ソフトウェアまたはデータエンジニアリングの実務経験5年以上
  • 大規模なデータの変換・加工パイプラインの設計・運用経験
  • Python, Rust, GoまたはC++のいずれかにおける実務レベルのスキル
  • アジャイル開発、AIを活用した開発(AIコーディングツールの利用など)の実務経験
  • ビジネスレベルの英語力
  • コンピュータサイエンス、測量・地理情報学などの関連分野の学士号、またはそれに相当する実務経験

歓迎条件

  • 自動車・自動運転分野におけるHD地図、ADAS地図、またはナビ地図の実務経験3年以上
  • PostGIS/SQL、GDAL/OGR、Shapely、GeoPandasなどの地理空間ツール・データベースの使用経験
  • NDS、OpenDRIVE、Lanelet2、各ベンダー独自フォーマットなど、地図仕様・データスキーマの策定経験
  • 機械学習のラベリング、シミュレーション、システム評価向けのグラウンドトゥルース地図の作成経験
  • 日本の地図データの取り扱い経験、または日本語力
  • ISO 19157などの地理空間データ品質の標準・指標に関する知見
  • チームやタイムゾーンをまたぐ横断的な取り組みをリードした経験、エンジニアの育成・メンタリング経験
  • データ品質・カバレッジ・コスト・スケジュールのトレードオフについて、関係者を巻き込み調整・交渉できる力
