求める人材

業務内容

  • 車両レベルのシステム要件を定義するために、さまざまなステークホルダーと連携
  • 車両レベルの要件を、センサー、プランナー、パーセプション、MAP、HMIなどのソフトウェアサブシステムへの分解
  • 必要なデータタイプの定義や効果的なデータの選択など、データ主導型の要件管理
  • シナリオ分析に基づいてのシステムのレイテンシ設計
  • 性能および機能要件を含む製品基準の定義
  • ハイブリッドワーク方針に基づく週3回の出社、および、システムデザインチームのマネージャへの報告

必須条件

  • 3年以上の職務経験（できれば車載システム開発の経験）
  • ユーザーまたは製品レベルの要件をアーキテクチャに変換し、適切に配分した経験
  • Vモデルプロセスを使用して自動車アプリケーション要件を導き出し、追跡し、検証した経験
  • 英語での実務経験
  • 同様な業務における日本語の使用経験（JLPTまたは同等のレベルに基づくN2以上の日本語）

歓迎条件

  • プロジェクト管理およびリーダーシップの経験
  • ソフトウェアコーディングスキル（Matlab、Python、C/C++のいずれか）
  • 機械学習アプリケーションの経験
  • 国際的なAD/ADAS規制（Euro NCAP、UN ECE、US NHTSAなど）に関する知識と経験
