求める人材

業務内容

  • 車両のCAN信号や各種車載センサ、ドライバーの操作ログなど時系列データを入力とした、MLベースのドライバー運転負荷（忙しさ）推定アルゴリズムの設計・実装・高度化
  • 教師データ設計、アノテーション方針、データ前処理・特徴量設計を含む学習データ基盤および評価パイプラインの構築・運用
  • CANベースの運転負荷指標と、周辺車両の情報や画像ベースの指標など他の忙しさ指標を組み合わせるためのロジック検討・改善
  • 忙しさ推定結果を運転方法提案・声掛け機能のロジックに取り込むためのインタフェース設計・仕様検討と、機能全体の性能改善の継続的な実施
  • ソフトウェアエンジニア／テストエンジニア／UXメンバー等との協働による要件・評価指標のすり合わせ、および実験結果・技術知見の整理・共有
  • プロジェクト・業務上の必要に応じ、出張を含め、シミュレータおよび実車試験での評価計画の立案・実施に参加し、実環境での確認と改善サイクルを推進

必須条件

  • 主に車両のCAN信号や各種車載センサ、ドライバーの操作ログなど時系列データを対象としたソフトウェア開発・アルゴリズム開発の実務経験（目安：3年以上）
  • 機械学習／深層学習、もしくは統計的モデリングを用いたアルゴリズム開発の実務経験 Python および主要な ML／DL フレームワーク（例：PyTorch, TensorFlow 等）を用いた開発経験
  • データ前処理〜特徴量設計〜学習〜評価まで、ML開発プロセス全体を自走できるスキル 複数ステークホルダーと連携し、技術内容や評価結果をわかりやすく説明できるコミュニケーション能力
  • プロジェクトまたは業務上の必要に応じて出張が可能であること
  • ビジネスレベルの日本語能力と日常会話レベルの英語力

  • 裾野勤務できる方
  • 車載システム、運転支援（ADAS）、ドライバーモニタリング、ロボティクス等の分野における開発・評価経験
  • 車両CAN信号や各種車載センサ・ドライバー操作ログなど時系列データを用いた特徴量設計や運転負荷／ドライバー状態推定アルゴリズムの開発経験
  • MLモデルのプロダクション導入経験（エッジ／組込み向け最適化、推論パイプライン構築、モデル運用など）
  • シミュレータ（Unity等）を用いたアルゴリズム評価やデータ生成の経験
  • コンペティションや論文投稿など、ML・信号処理等の分野での対外的なアウトプット実績
  • コンピュータサイエンス、電気／電子工学、制御工学、または関連分野における学士号、もしくは同等の実務経験
