業務内容

  • 自動運転ソフトウェアおよび関連する車両機能に対するテスト戦略を定義する
  • システム要求を分析し、各要求に対して適切な検証・妥当性確認手法を判断する
  • 各要求やシナリオについて、シミュレーション、クローズドコース試験、テストコース試験、公道試験など、どの手段でテストすべきかを判断する
  • テスト範囲、テスト目的、必要なカバレッジ、合否判定基準を含む検証活動の技術計画をリードする
  • テスト実行チーム、ソフトウェア開発チーム、システムエンジニア、ツール開発チームとの技術的な議論をリードする
  • リスク、安全影響、システムの複雑性、開発フェーズに基づいて、テスト活動の優先順位付けを支援する
  • 検証エンジニアおよびテストチームに対して技術的なガイダンスを提供する
  • システムレベルのテスト手法およびベストプラクティスを継続的に改善する

必須条件

  • AD/ADASにおける、システム検証・妥当性確認、性能評価、または品質エンジニアリングの実務経験5年以上
  • システム要件に基づくテスト戦略の策定、および適切なテスト手法・環境の選定経験
  • システムレベルの挙動、インターフェース、性能指標、エンドツーエンドのソフトウェア挙動に関する深い理解
  • シミュレーションベーステストおよび実車テストに関する理解
  • ログ、メトリクス、トレース、テスト結果を分析し、不具合、リグレッション、要件やテストカバレッジの不足を特定した経験
  • 直接の人員管理や自らのテスト実行を必須とせず、周囲を巻き込みながらテスト活動をリードした経験
  • Jenkins、GitHub Actions、GitLab CIなどのツールを用いた自動テスト、回帰テスト、継続的インテグレーション環境での実務経験
  • C++/Pythonの基礎知識
  • ビジネスレベルの日本語および英語

歓迎条件

  • ISO 26262、ASPICE、AUTOSAR、MISRA、SOTIFなどの自動車ソフトウェア開発および安全関連プロセスに関する理解
  • JAMAなどの要求管理ツールに関する知識・経験
  • ピープルマネージャーではなく個人貢献者として、テストアーキテクチャ、テスト戦略、品質改善イニシアティブを技術的にリードした経験
  • 性能指標、データセット品質、エッジケース分析、回帰評価、安全クリティカルシステムにおけるモデル挙動の検証など、機械学習モデルの評価に関する知識・経験
