求める人材

  • 車載ソフトウェア、車載アプリケーション、または関連する開発プラットフォームに関心を持ち、実プロジェクトでの適用を通じて価値を届けたい方
  • 技術的な判断や成果物に責任を持ち、顧客やパートナーとの関係構築を大切にできる方
  • システムエンジニアリングやソフトウェア開発の経験を活かし、顧客要件に基づいた設計・調整や課題解決に主体的に取り組める方

  • 週に少なくとも3日はオフィスで勤務すること（最大2日は在宅勤務可）

業務内容

  • 顧客要求や車両・開発環境の制約を踏まえ、Areneプラットフォーム上で車載アプリケーションおよび機能の仕様検討、設計、実装、評価を行う
  • 顧客と連携し、アプリケーションや機能の仕様、役割分担、責務範囲について技術的な調整および議論を行う
  • Areneツールチェーンを用いて、顧客向けアプリケーションおよび機能の実装、統合、検証を行う
  • Areneプラットフォームや関連ツールを利用・評価し、Areneプラットフォームの改善につながるフィードバックを提供する

必須条件

  • C/C++ を用いた車載または組み込みソフトウェア開発の実務経験（5年以上）
  • Linux プラットフォームでのソフトウェア開発経験
  • アジャイル／スクラム開発環境での実務経験
  • 顧客および社内外ステークホルダーと協業し、開発業務を主体的に推進できる能力
  • 品質およびパフォーマンスに責任を持ち、専門領域にとどまらず主体的に取り組める姿勢
  • 技術的なコミュニケーションが可能なレベルの英語力
  • 日本語でのビジネスレベルのコミュニケーション能力（口頭・文書）

歓迎条件

  • 組み込み・車載システムにおいて、保守性・性能・信頼性を重視したソフトウェアアーキテクチャの設計および実装経験
  • 車載 OS（QNX、Android Automotive OS 等）に関する知識・経験
  • AUTOSAR、MISRA、CERT、ISO 26262 などの車両ソフトウェア標準・機能安全規格の理解
  • 複数ドメインや世代にまたがる車両ソフトウェアアーキテクチャの設計・抽象化経験
  • Docker などのコンテナ技術の利用経験
  • CI/CD ツール（例：GitHub Actions）を用いた開発・運用経験
  • 日本の自動車 OEM または自動車業界企業との協業経験
  • 英語での実務レベルのコミュニケーション能力（口頭・文書）
