業務内容

  • 多様な社内外の顧客に対し、そのニーズ、課題、ワークフローを深く理解する
  • 当社の開発者向けエコシステムにおけるツール、API、プラットフォームのプロダクト戦略とロードマップを策定・推進し、顧客・データ・競合ベンチマークから得られるインサイトを活用する
  • 利用可能なリソースを踏まえ、お客様および事業部門（LOB）に対する価値を最大化するため、重要なプロダクト指標を定義・モニタリングし、組織内での活用をリードする
  • 顧客のワークフローを改善・加速する新たなプロダクト機会を評価・特定する。投資の優先順位付けやトレードオフの意思決定をリードし、リソース確保とステークホルダー間のアラインメントを実現する
  • 組織全体のエンジニアリングおよびクロスファンクションのリードと緊密に連携し、開発生産性を高める新機能・プロダクト・プロセスの立ち上げを推進する
  • 顧客・パートナー・経営層を含む幅広いステークホルダーに向けて、ロードマップ・優先順位・意思決定の背景をわかりやすく伝え、浸透させる

必須条件

  • プロダクトマネジメント経験７年以上。特に、開発者向けツールやプラットフォームインフラ（AV・ロボティクス・AI/MLベースのプロダクトであれば尚可）に深く関わった経験
  • エンジニアを主な顧客とする複雑な技術系プロダクトを立ち上げ、スケールさせた実績
  • 有意義なプロダクト指標を定義・追跡できる、高い分析的思考力 優れたコミュニケーション能力、コラボレーションスキル、ステークホルダーマネジメント能力
  • 周囲で起きている物事に対して強い影響力を発揮できること
  • 高い組織力と細部への注意力を持ち、複数のプロジェクト・締切・依頼を同時にバランスよくハンドリングできること
  • コンピュータサイエンス、工学、または関連分野の学士号または修士号

歓迎条件

  • 日本語で円滑にコミュニケーションできる能力
  • 自動運転またはロボティクス業界での経験
  • 複数の地域・タイムゾーンにまたがるプロダクトチームおよび顧客と連携して働いた経験
  • 社内向けツールまたはプラットフォームの採用を推進した経験。エンジニアが実際に使いたくなるツールこそが最良のツールであるという理解のもと、トップダウンの強制ではなくニーズ起点で採用を拡大してきた実績
  • 生成AIを活用して、顧客向けプロダクトまたは社内チームのワークフローを改善した経験
