業務内容

  • BizDev・営業メンバーおよびオートリース会社、自動車販売会社などのパートナーと連携し、EV充電器、V2X（V2H／V2B／V2G）、PV、EMSを組み合わせたソリューションの営業戦略・販売施策を企画し、顧客提案、技術プレゼンテーション、商談を支援する
  • 顧客ヒアリング、提供情報、図面のレビュー（必要に応じて現地確認）等を通じて、受電設備、設置条件、電力容量、施工制約、関連法規、系統連系条件を評価し、導入フィジビリティの検証、技術検討および関係者との調整を行う
  • パートナー企業に対し、自社ツール・ソリューションの技術提案、デモ、オンボーディング、トレーニング、技術エスカレーション対応を行う
  • 顧客・パートナーとの商談や導入支援を通じて得られたニーズ、技術的制約、運用課題を整理し、プロダクト・開発チームへ機能改善や新サービス開発に向けたフィードバックを行う
  • パートナー企業がこれらの業務を効率的かつ一定の品質で実施できるよう、外販向けデジタルツール・ソリューションの業務要件、機能要件、判定ロジック、標準ワークフローを定義する
  • ソフトウェアエンジニア、プロダクトマネージャー、デザイナーと協働し、パートナー向けツールの開発、技術ロジックの検証、ユーザーテスト、プロダクト改善、外販に向けたソリューション化を推進する

必須条件

  • 電気設備、受変電・配電設備、EV充電インフラ、再生可能エネルギー、または関連領域における 技術営業、ソリューションエンジニア、セールスエンジニア、プリセールス、技術プロジェクト 推進等としての7年以上の実務経験
  • 高圧・低圧受電設備および受変電設備に関する基礎知識
  • 施工会社、EPC、機器メーカー、電力会社、または販売パートナーと連携し、顧客向け提案、導入フィジビリティ評価、技術調整を推進した経験
  • 現場の施工、調査、設計、見積、提案に関する業務フローや課題を構造化し、ソフトウェア エンジニアやプロダクトチームへ機能要件・業務要件として伝えられる論理的思考力
  • 社内外のステークホルダーと円滑に連携するための、ビジネスレベルの日本語能力および会話レベルの英語力

歓迎条件

  • EV急速充電器（CHAdeMO/CCS）、V2H/V2B/V2G充放電設備、PV、またはEMSの技術提案・導入支援に関する実務経験
  • 建設・電気設備・エネルギー業界向けのB2B SaaS、現地調査アプリ、積算ツール、図面・ コンフィギュレータ、業務自動化ツール等について、要件定義、ユーザーテスト、開発チームとの 協働、または導入支援に携わった経験
  • エネルギーマネジメントプロトコルやスマート充電に関する基礎知識 （OCPP、Modbus、ECHONET Lite、OpenADR、EMSによるピークカット／ピークシフト制御等）
  • オートリースに関する営業・営業企画の経験、または自動車販売パートナーの商流や業務に対する理解
  • 営業チームや販売・施工パートナー向けの技術提案キット、セールスプレイブック、現地調査 ガイドライン、トレーニングコンテンツ等の標準化・作成経験
  • 商用フリート事業者、物流企業、不動産デベロッパー、モビリティ事業者、充電事業者、 アグリゲーター、または電力会社等との協業・提案経験
  • 電力会社との系統連系協議・受電協議の流れ、および電気事業法、 電気設備技術基準、消防法・火災予防条例等に関する基礎知識
  • 電気・エネルギーインフラ案件における現地調査、設置条件確認、施工要件整理、またはそれらの レビュー・支援に関わった経験
  • 電気主任技術者（第1種〜第3種）、電気工事施工管理技士（1級・2級）、または電気工事士等の 関連資格
