求める人材

業務内容

  • プロダクトチームや開発チームと連携して要件を明確にし、バックエンドの技術設計を行う。連携先チームとAPI仕様やシステム連携について調整する
  • アーキテクチャに関する議論や設計改善に参加する。技術的な判断を文書化し、開発標準に従いながら、技術的負債の改善に取り組む
  • 保守性の高いバックエンドソフトウェアを実装・レビューする。自動テストを活用し、セキュリティ、性能、トランザクション処理の正確性を重視する
  • 担当するバックエンド機能について、設計から本番導入まで責任を持つ。技術的な依存関係を調整し、リスクを早期に共有するとともに、他のエンジニアと協力して課題を解決する
  • プラットフォームチームや運用チームと協力して本番環境の問題を調査・解決し、監視や可観測性を改善することで、サービスの信頼性向上に貢献する
  • コードレビュー、技術的な議論、知識共有を通じて他のエンジニアを支援する。必要に応じて、新メンバーのオンボーディングや技術面接にも協力する
  • 自動化やAI開発支援ツールを適切に活用し、テスト、レビュー、セキュリティの基準を守りながら、開発効率とコード品質の向上に取り組む

必須条件

  • コンピュータサイエンスまたは関連分野の学士号、あるいは同等の実務経験
  • 5年以上のバックエンドソフトウェア開発経験と、バックエンドプログラミング言語に関する高い習熟度
  • 複雑なバックエンド機能の設計、開発、リリース、技術的な設計判断、コードレビュー、および他のエンジニアやチームとの効果的な連携を、自主的に行った経験
  • データモデリング、トランザクション、並行制御、クエリパフォーマンスを含む、リレーショナルデータベースおよびSQLに関する高いスキル
  • 安全かつ信頼性の高いサービス統合を含む、優れたシステムおよびAPI設計スキル
  • クラウド環境におけるバックエンドサービスのデプロイおよび運用経験、ならびに自動テスト、継続的デリバリー、本番環境でのトラブルシューティングの経験
  • 技術的な問題を協働して特定・解決し、技術的な判断をエンジニアやビジネスのステークホルダーに説明できる能力
  • 技術的な議論、文書作成、およびチーム間の連携に必要なレベルの英語力
