求める人材

業務内容

  • 複数のエンジニアリングチーム向けに、Infrastructure-as-Codeを用いてパブリッククラウド環境およびアカウントベンディングサービスを設計し、業界標準のベストプラクティスに従って構築・運用する
  • セキュリティチームおよびFinOpsチームと密接に連携しながら、クラウドインフラを監視・ガバナンスするための適切なツールを選定・導入・提案する
  • 既存のコードベースおよびデプロイパイプラインをレビューし、改善・維持する
  • データストレージ、ネットワーキング、コンピュート性能など、インフラに関するニーズや課題に対してエンジニアリングチームを支援する
  • Jira Service ManagementおよびAtlassian Cloud organizationの設計、設定およびエスカレーションへの対応の実施
  • 必要に応じて、ジュニアメンバーをメンタリングし、コーチングおよびサポートを行う
  • 困難に楽しみながら取り組むこと！

必須条件

  • コンピュータサイエンス、テクノロジー、工学、数学系の学士号、またはそれに相当する実務経験
  • Python、Go、Java、JavaScript、Shellなどのいずれかの言語でのコーディング経験
  • AWSまたはGCP上に構築されたソリューションおよびネットワークの設計・デプロイ・運用経験
  • パブリッククラウド環境やGitHubなどのツールのガバナンス経験
  • 要件を分析し、定型業務を自動化するためのソリューションを設計・実装できる能力
  • オートメーション、アプリケーション／プラットフォーム管理、パフォーマンス評価やモニタリングなど、プラットフォームエンジニアリング（および／またはSRE）に関連する分野への強い関心
  • 英語での会話・文書作成能力

歓迎条件

  • Cloud Nativeツール／テクノロジー、Kubernetes、コンテナ、Infrastructure as Codeの実務経験がある
  • トラブルシューティングおよびインシデントマネジメントの実務経験
  • SREまたはプラットフォームエンジニアとしての実務経験
  • AWS、GCP、Azureなどのパブリッククラウドに関するプロフェッショナル認定を保有している
  • データ構造、アルゴリズム、ソフトウェア設計の経験
  • Jira、Confluence、Jira Service ManagementなどのAtlassianツールの運用経験
  • 日本語での会話・文書作成能力
