求める人材

業務内容

  • 自動運転における、認識、予測、経路計画の開発にて、多くのMLエンジニアがデータセットのキュレーション、モデリング、学習、評価、実装を効率的に行えるようにするため、機械学習プラットフォームのシステムとツールを設計・構築・保守・最適化・サポート
  • MLエンジニアリングの開発全体を促進するため、モデリング、性能指標の監視、故障モードの要因分析まで、使いやすいツール、フレームワーク、ライブラリの開発
  • 効率的なデータキュレーション、クラウド上でのトレーニング・評価パイプラインの構築・保守
  • 他のMLエンジニアおよびプラットフォームエンジニアとともに、コードの開発・レビューを実施、改善を促進
  • 現在のプロセス、ツール、インフラを最適化し、MLエンジニアリング開発全体を促進。長期的な戦略の策定にも貢献
  • アジャイルで、スピード感のある環境での開発
  • ハイブリッドな勤務ポリシーに基づき、日本橋（日本）のオフィスにて、週3日の勤務
  • システムの目標アーキテクチャについて部門横断的に協力し、プロセスとシステムをグローバルに最適化する

必須条件

  • 機械学習、コンピュータサイエンス、ロボティクス、または関連分野の学士号（修士号・博士号あればなお可）、またはそれに相当する実務経験
  • データ構造、アルゴリズム、デザインパターン、ソフトウェアエンジニアリングのベストプラクティスに関する10年以上の経験
  • UNIX系システム（Linux等）、Python、PyTorchまたはTensorFlowの4年以上の経験
  • データクレンジング、サンプリング、キュレーション、前処理、トレーニング、テスト、評価、展開、推論最適化、クラウドおよびエッジでのデプロイなど、MLOpsサイクル全体にわたる4年以上の経験
  • 大規模環境での機械学習トレーニングのスケーリングや、それに伴う典型的な課題の解決経験
  • DockerおよびGitHub ActionsなどのCIシステムの使用経験
  • ソフトウェアドキュメント作成などが可能なビジネスレベルの英語力

歓迎条件

  • 4年以上の機械学習パイプライン（Apache Spark、Airflow、Flyte、Flink、Ray）に関する経験
  • RustやC++などのモダンなシステムプログラミング言語、およびBazelなどのビルドシステムに関する4年以上の経験。システムレベルのデバッグ知識
  • ソフトウェアアーキテクトまたはシニアマネージャーとしての豊富な経験
  • SIMD/SIMT並列処理、GPUプログラミング、マルチスレッド処理の経験
  • Terraform、AWS、Observability、Kubernetesなどのプロダクション環境での使用経験
  • Google Big Query、Snowflake、AWS Redshiftなどの分析基盤の運用経験
  • 特定のハードウェアに対して、ディープラーニングモデルの最適化の経験
  • 自動運転、ロボティクス、コンピュータビジョン、経路計画に関する経験
  • スピード感ある開発環境で、チーム横断で開発した経験
  • ビジネスレベルの日本語力
