業務内容

  • ソリューション立案とアラインメント: 「Go/No-Go」の判断にとどまらず、B2Bクライアントの要望を具体的な「実証・ソリューション提案」へと昇華させる。既成概念にとらわれず、テストコースを活用してクライアントの課題を解決する革新的な計画を立案し、リーダーシップとステークホルダーとの合意形成を主導する
  • 優先順位と開発の方向性: ソリューションのロードマップを管理し、どの機能を「今」実装し、どれを「後」にするかを決定する。開発手法に関わらず、開発項目の背後にある「Why」を明確にしてエンジニアリングチームからの納得感を得るとともに、クライアント価値の最大化に注力する
  • ソリューションの定義と翻訳: ビジネスクライアントとエンジニアリングチームの主要な架け橋となる。クライアントの複雑な「Wants」を、論理的な「Needs」およびスケーラブルな技術仕様へと翻訳し、プラットフォーム全体との整合性を担保する
  • エンジニアリング・パートナーシップ: テストコースの技術的制約を理解しつつ、ソリューションに必要な要素を実現できるように、エンジニアリングチームと密接に連携して技術的なトレードオフの交渉を行う
  • ステークホルダーマネジメント: UX、セキュリティ、法務、事業開発などの部門横断的なパートナーと協力してブロッカーを解消し、円滑なデリバリーを主導する

必須条件

  • コンピュータサイエンス、工学、ビジネス、または関連分野における学士号、もしくは同等の実務経験
  • テクノロジー業界での10年以上の経験。かつ、B2Bソリューション、プラットフォーム、またはサービスの定義を行うプロダクトマネジメントの実務経験が5年以上あること
  • アジャイル/スクラム環境におけるソリューション開発を推進した実績。明確な技術仕様書の作成、およびエンジニアリングチームとのトレードオフ管理を含む
  • 複雑なデータを統合・分析し、論理的な「Go/No-Go」の優先順位判断を下し、リーダーシップ層に対して能動的なソリューション提案を行う能力
  • 多様なステークホルダー（B2Bクライアントを含む）との合意形成を推進し、権限によらず周囲に影響を与え動かすことができる優れたコミュニケーション能力および対人スキル
  • 物理的な環境において、ハンズオンでのソリューション検証を行うことをいとわない姿勢
  • 日本語および英語におけるビジネスレベルの語学力

歓迎条件

  • 技術的なバックグラウンド（コンピュータサイエンスの学位、またはソフトウェアエンジニアとしての実務経験）
  • 物理的なオペレーション、モビリティ、またはハードウェア連携を伴うサービスの開発経験（物理世界特有の制約に対する理解があること）
  • ITコンサルティングまたはソリューションアーキテクトとしての経験（クライアントのニーズをシステム要件へ落とし込んだ経験）
  • 大規模プロジェクトまたはマトリックス組織での業務経験
