Heb je passie voor industriële automatisering, van de eerste regel code in de PLC tot de fijnmazige afstelling van servomotoren? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou!

Als Controls Engineer bij WP Haton ben je de spil in onze machinebouwprojecten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige traject van de besturingssoftware. Je ontwerpt niet alleen de logica, maar zorgt er ook voor dat de operator de machine intuïtief kan bedienen en dat alle bewegingen vloeiend en nauwkeurig verlopen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Programmeren: Je schrijft hoogwaardige software voor PLC-besturingen en ontwerpt gebruiksvriendelijke HMI-interfaces.
  • Motion Control: Je parametreert en programmeert diverse merken frequentie- en servoregelaars. Inbedrijfstelling: Je test de software (vaak eerst via simulatie) en stelt de machines fysiek in bedrijf, zowel in Panningen, maar indien nodig ook op locatie bij de klant.
  • Documentatie: Je legt de werking van de software vast in heldere functionele beschrijvingen en handleidingen, zodat de kwaliteit en overdraagbaarheid gewaarborgd zijn.
  • Optimalisatie: Je denkt actief mee over het verbeteren van standaarden en modulaire software-opbouw.
  • Support: Je ondersteunt niet alleen de afdeling Blue Value service, maar ook rechtstreeks onze klanten. Soms gaat dat fysiek, maar meestal via remote support aan onze fieldservice engineers, die bij onze klanten de montage en inbedrijfnames van de machines verzorgen.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een afgeronde technische opleiding (HBO/MBO+) in de richting van Elektrotechniek, Mechatronica of Industriële Automatisering.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met het programmeren van PLC/HMI systemen (bijv. Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell).
  • Je hebt ervaring met het configureren van aandrijfsystemen (Servo- en frequentiegelaars).
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en verliest de details niet uit het oog, ook niet onder tijdsdruk.
