In Panningen ontwikkelen we machines die bijdragen aan de productie van brood over de hele wereld. Slimme, innovatieve techniek die industriële bakkerijen helpt om iedere dag beter te presteren.

En daar hebben we jou bij nodig.

Als Mechanical Engineer bij WP Haton bedenk en ontwikkel je mechanische oplossingen die wereldwijd hun weg vinden. Je werkt aan machines die steeds slimmer, beter en efficiënter worden. Met jouw ideeën help je onze techniek vooruit en draag je bij aan een efficiëntere productie en het verminderen van voedselverspilling.

Bij ons draait het om meer dan techniek alleen. We willen iedere dag beter worden, verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor onze prestaties en samen oplossingen realiseren waar onze klanten wereldwijd op kunnen vertrouwen.

Wat ga jij doen? Jij vertaalt technische uitdagingen naar slimme, maakbare oplossingen. Daarbij kijk je verder dan alleen het ontwerp: je denkt na over hoe we onze machines slimmer kunnen opbouwen, standaardiseren en continu verbeteren.

  • Ontwerpen en ontwikkelen – Je werkt mechanische oplossingen uit voor onze innovatieve deegverwerkingsinstallaties, afgestemd op de behoeften van onze klanten.
  • Slimmer standaardiseren – Je draagt bij aan de modularisatie van onze machines. Zo maken we onze techniek efficiënter, consistenter en toekomstbestendig.
  • Continu innoveren en verbeteren – Je optimaliseert bestaande ontwerpen en ons tekenpakket en staat open voor nieuwe ideeën en veranderende inzichten.
  • Samen resultaten realiseren – Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van onder andere Sales Engineering, Inkoop, Assemblage en Service. Je deelt kennis, respecteert elkaars expertise en zoekt samen naar de beste oplossing.
  • Verantwoordelijkheid nemen – Je denkt verder dan je eigen ontwerp en houdt rekening met kwaliteit, maakbaarheid, kosten en prestaties in de praktijk.

Je krijgt de ruimte om initiatief te nemen, verbeteringen aan te dragen en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Want wereldklasse bereik je niet door stil te staan, maar door iedere dag stappen vooruit te zetten.

Daarnaast breng je mee:

  • Een hbo-opleiding Werktuigbouwkunde of een vergelijkbare technische opleiding.
  • Ervaring met en kennis van SOLIDWORKS.
  • Goede technische en communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Een praktische, klantgerichte en oplossingsgerichte instelling.
  • De motivatie om jezelf technisch én persoonlijk te blijven ontwikkelen.
  • Een goede beheersing van de Engelse taal. Duits is mooi meegenomen.

Je hoeft niet overal al in uit te blinken. Belangrijker is dat je wilt leren, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en met de juiste instelling samen met ons verder wilt bouwen.
