Das erwartet Dich – Deine Aufgaben:

  • Schulungen & Trainings – Präsenz- und Online-Workshops für Kunden, Händler und Partner zur optimalen Nutzung unserer Software in der Elektrokonstruktion, Steuerungstechnik und Automatisierung.
  • Beratung & Support – Technische Unterstützung bei der Anwendung unserer Software für Maschinenbau- und Automatisierungsprojekte.
  • Analyse & Optimierung – Begleitung unserer Kunden bei der Implementierung von Schnittstellen (z. B. ERP/PDM) und der individuellen Anpassung an ihre Prozesse.
  • Events & Fachmessen – Durchführung von Veranstaltungen, Messen und Roadshows, um die neuesten digitalen Konstruktionslösungen vorzustellen.
  • Weiterentwicklung – Mitgestalten neuer Schulungskonzepte und Beratungsmodule.

Das erwarten wir – Deine Qualifikationen:

  • Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Automatisierungstechnik oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrung mit E-CAD-Software & digitalen Konstruktionsprozessen
  • Begeisterung für Technik & innovative Automatisierungslösungen
  • Interesse an neuen Technologien & KI-gestützten Lösungen
  • Freude am Wissensaustausch & Kundenkontakt
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands & angrenzender Länder
  • Erforderlich: C1 Deutsch- und B2 Englischkenntnisse, in Wort und Schrift
