Votre nouveau rôle, en quoi consiste-t-il ?

Dans le cadre du développement de la Branche Environnement, nous recherchons un(e) Directeur(rice) de Projets Environnement & Dossiers Réglementaires capable de piloter des projets stratégiques à forte valeur ajoutée dans les secteurs de l'industrie, des infrastructures, de l'énergie et de l'aménagement du territoire.

Vous interviendrez comme référent(e) technique et stratégique sur des missions complexes, tout en contribuant au développement de notre activité et à la satisfaction de nos clients.

Vos missions :

Piloter des projets réglementaires complexes :

  • Les autorisations environnementales ;
  • Les dossiers ICPE et DDAE ;
  • Les dossiers Loi sur l'Eau ;
  • Les études d'impact environnemental ;
  • Les porter-à-connaissance ;
  • Toute autre procédure réglementaire liée aux projets de nos clients.

Vous définissez les stratégies réglementaires adaptées aux enjeux techniques, environnementaux, administratifs, financiers et calendaires des opérations.

Garantir la réussite des projets, vous :

  • Pilotez les équipes projet composées de chefs de projet, ingénieurs, experts et partenaires externes ;
  • Définissez les objectifs, les périmètres d'intervention et les jalons clés des missions ;
  • Sécurisez les aspects techniques, contractuels, réglementaires et financiers ;
  • Garantissez la qualité, la cohérence et la conformité des livrables ;
  • Anticipez les risques et accompagnez les prises de décision stratégiques.

Développer et fidéliser les clients

En relation directe avec les maîtres d'ouvrage, administrations et parties prenantes, vous :

  • Représentez WSP auprès des clients et institutions ;
  • Contribuez à l'identification de nouvelles opportunités ;
  • Participez aux réponses aux appels d'offres et aux soutenances ;
  • Élaborez les estimations budgétaires et stratégies de proposition ;
  • Développez des relations durables avec nos clients.

Ce qui fera votre réussite

Vous disposez d'une expertise reconnue dans le domaine réglementaire environnemental et êtes à l'aise dans le pilotage de projets multidisciplinaires complexes.

Vous savez :

  • Construire et défendre une stratégie réglementaire ;
  • Piloter des équipes projet dans des environnements exigeants ;
  • Animer des réunions avec des interlocuteurs variés ;
  • Arbitrer et prendre des décisions dans des contextes sensibles ;
  • Allier excellence technique, sens du client et vision économique.

Votre leadership, votre capacité de synthèse et votre aisance relationnelle vous permettent de fédérer les équipes autour d'objectifs communs.

Votre profil

  • Diplômé(e) d'une école d'ingénieur, d'un Master 2 ou équivalent (Bac+5) dans le domaine de l'environnement ;
  • Expérience confirmée de 15 ans minimum en études réglementaires environnementales et procédures d'autorisations en France ;
  • Maîtrise approfondie de la réglementation environnementale française ;
  • Expertise reconnue dans l'un des domaines suivants : ICPE et procédures industrielles ; Études d'impact environnementales ; Écologie réglementaire, dérogations espèces protégées et mesures de compensation ;
  • Excellentes capacités rédactionnelles, d'analyse et de synthèse ;
  • Expérience de pilotage d'équipes projets et d'animation de concertations ou réunions publiques.

Des déplacements ponctuels sont à prévoir sur le territoire national.
