Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Negócios Sênior para atuar na análise, levantamento e especificação de requisitos, com foco em faturamento hospitalar e processos assistenciais. Procuramos um profissional analítico, com experiência em sistemas hospitalares e forte capacidade de traduzir necessidades do negócio em soluções de tecnologia.

🚀 Principais Responsabilidades

Levantar, analisar e documentar requisitos junto às áreas de negócio;

Elaborar especificações funcionais, modelagem de processos e casos de uso;

Acompanhar o desenvolvimento das soluções junto às equipes técnicas e fornecedores;

Estimar esforço e apoiar o planejamento das entregas;

Elaborar e executar planos de testes, garantindo a aderência às regras de negócio;

Validar funcionalidades desenvolvidas e apoiar homologações;

Orientar equipes de desenvolvimento, suporte e consultoria quanto às regras de negócio;

Participar de reuniões com clientes e áreas internas para definição de novos requisitos e melhorias;

Garantir a qualidade da documentação funcional e dos artefatos do projeto;

Ministrar treinamentos sobre processos e funcionalidades dos sistemas quando necessário.

Requisitos

✔️ Graduação completa em Gestão Hospitalar, Administração Hospitalar, Sistemas da Informação ou áreas da Saúde (Enfermagem, Farmácia, Medicina ou Biomedicina);

✔️ Experiência com Faturamento Hospitalar, cadastros assistenciais e regras de negócio (SUS e Saúde Suplementar);

✔️ Vivência em levantamento e documentação de requisitos;

✔️ Experiência na identificação e tratamento de inconsistências de dados;

✔️ Conhecimento em SQL e banco de dados Oracle (consultas e construção de Views);

✔️ Conhecimento em modelagem de processos e fluxogramas;

✔️ Perfil analítico, investigativo e voltado à resolução de problemas;

✔️ Experiência com processos hospitalares e Prontuário Eletrônico ou processos administrativos (RH, Financeiro ou Logística);

✔️ Experiência com sistemas como SoulMV, Tasy, GRP Dynamics, Timekeeper ou similares.
