Estamos em busca de um(a) Especialista COE DevSecOps para atuar no Centro de Excelência (COE), sendo referência técnica na definição, implementação e evolução das práticas de DevOps e DevSecOps da organização. Procuramos um profissional com sólida experiência em desenvolvimento de software, Kubernetes, segurança de aplicações e automação de pipelines, além de forte capacidade de comunicação, liderança e influência técnica.

🎯 Principais Responsabilidades Planejar, projetar e implementar pipelines DevSecOps em plataformas como Azure DevOps e GitHub.

Integrar ferramentas de análise de segurança (SAST), incluindo soluções Checkmarx.

Definir, implementar e evoluir processos, padrões e componentes do Centro de Excelência DevSecOps.

Elaborar arquiteturas e processos de controle de acesso baseados em RBAC.

Atuar como referência técnica na qualidade do código, arquitetura e boas práticas de desenvolvimento.

Colaborar com times de Backend, Frontend, Dados e Produto na construção de soluções escaláveis e seguras.

Conduzir treinamentos, workshops e disseminação de conhecimento técnico.

Realizar code reviews, mentoria técnica e sessões de pair programming.

Produzir documentação técnica, padrões arquiteturais e relatórios executivos.

Apoiar a evolução contínua das plataformas, garantindo segurança, observabilidade e excelência operacional.

✅ Requisitos Experiência mínima de 8 anos em desenvolvimento de software.

Vivência sólida em ambientes DevOps e DevSecOps.

Experiência comprovada com Docker e Kubernetes.

Conhecimento em CI/CD utilizando Azure DevOps e/ou GitHub.

Experiência com desenvolvimento Backend utilizando .NET.

Conhecimento em programação assíncrona (async/await).

Experiência em modelagem de dados e otimização de consultas SQL.

Conhecimento avançado em PostgreSQL e/ou Oracle.

Experiência com microsserviços, APIs REST e padrões de arquitetura de software.

Vivência com desenvolvimento Frontend e integração com equipes de interface.

Excelente comunicação, liderança técnica e capacidade de negociação.

Experiência em implementação de programas de governança DevSecOps.
