Estamos em busca de um(a) Especialista COE DevSecOps para atuar em nosso Centro de Excelência (COE), liderando iniciativas estratégicas de DevSecOps, promovendo boas práticas de desenvolvimento seguro e impulsionando a evolução contínua das plataformas de engenharia.

📍 Local: Zona Sul - SP 🏢 Modelo de trabalho: Híbrido

🎯 Principais Responsabilidades Projetar, implementar e evoluir pipelines de DevSecOps utilizando Azure DevOps, GitHub e soluções SAST (Checkmarx); Definir processos, padrões e componentes para plataformas DevSecOps; Elaborar arquiteturas de acesso baseadas em RBAC (Role-Based Access Control); Atuar como referência técnica em desenvolvimento, arquitetura e qualidade de código; Liderar revisões de código (Code Review), mentorias e disseminação de boas práticas; Trabalhar em conjunto com equipes de Backend, Frontend, Produto, Dados e Infraestrutura; Criar e manter documentação técnica de componentes, APIs e padrões arquiteturais; Elaborar relatórios, conduzir treinamentos, apoiar entregas e promover a evolução contínua dos times.

✅ Requisitos Ensino Superior completo em Tecnologia da Informação, Ciência da Computação, Engenharia da Computação ou áreas correlatas; Experiência mínima de 8 anos em desenvolvimento de software; Vivência sólida em ambientes DevOps e DevSecOps; Experiência com Docker e Kubernetes; Conhecimento em Azure DevOps, GitHub e pipelines de CI/CD; Experiência com ferramentas SAST, preferencialmente Checkmarx; Desenvolvimento Backend utilizando .NET (incluindo programação assíncrona – async/await); Experiência com arquitetura baseada em Microsserviços e APIs REST; Sólidos conhecimentos em modelagem de dados, otimização de consultas SQL e bancos PostgreSQL e/ou Oracle; Conhecimento em Design Patterns e boas práticas de arquitetura de software; Experiência em desenvolvimento Frontend para atuação colaborativa com equipes multidisciplinares; Excelente comunicação, perfil colaborativo e capacidade de liderança técnica.

⭐ Diferenciais Experiência com ferramentas de observabilidade como Elastic APM, Prometheus e Grafana; Vivência em Centros de Excelência (COE); Conhecimentos em Segurança de Aplicações (Application Security); Certificações em Cloud, DevOps ou Kubernetes.
