Estamos em busca de um(a) Especialista / Desenvolvedor Tech Lead para atuar como referência técnica, liderando equipes de desenvolvimento e participando ativamente da construção de soluções estratégicas para o negócio. Procuramos um profissional com visão técnica e analítica, capaz de transformar necessidades em soluções escaláveis, garantindo qualidade, inovação e evolução contínua dos sistemas.

🚀 Principais Responsabilidades • Entender as necessidades do negócio em conjunto com os POs das áreas; • Desenhar soluções tecnológicas aderentes às demandas levantadas; • Alinhar soluções e acompanhar implementações junto às equipes técnicas internas, externas e times de qualidade; • Conduzir projetos ágeis em parceria com Product Owners; • Evoluir soluções desde a homologação até a entrega em produção; • Liderar tecnicamente equipes de desenvolvimento; • Realizar code review e disseminar boas práticas; • Atuar em sustentação técnica, troubleshooting e resolução de incidentes críticos; • Participar de projetos de melhoria contínua e inovação tecnológica.

🎯 Requisitos ✔ Experiência sólida em desenvolvimento de software e arquitetura de soluções; ✔ Experiência com liderança técnica de equipes; ✔ Vivência em metodologias ágeis; ✔ Conhecimento em boas práticas de desenvolvimento (Clean Code, SOLID, Design Patterns e Code Review); ✔ Experiência em troubleshooting e sustentação de ambientes corporativos; ✔ Perfil analítico, colaborativo e orientado à resolução de problemas; ✔ Boa comunicação e visão estratégica.

⭐ Diferencial / Requisito importante ✔ Experiência em Operadoras de Saúde; ✔ Ou experiência em fábricas de software que atendam Operadoras de Saúde; ✔ Vivência com plataformas e soluções como TopDown, TopHub, Benner ou ecossistemas relacionados à saúde suplementar; ✔ Experiência com processos, integrações e regras de negócio do segmento de saúde.
