Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir für den Standort Wiesbaden ab sofort eine/n Werkstudent (m/w/d) in der Administration / Rentenverwaltung (Kennziffer 202607052)

Was erwartet Dich?

  • Unterstützung der Gruppen im Tagesgeschäft und in Administrationsprozessen.
  • Pflege von Daten von Betriebsrentnern in dem Abrechnungsprogramm SAP
  • Bearbeitung der Eingangspost (Briefpost, EMail, Anfragen über Portal)
  • administrative und organisatorische Unterstützung der Gruppen (interne als auch externe Kommunikation)
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumenten mit Word, Excel und firmeneigenen Anwendungen und die Umsetzung von Versandkampagnen
  • Durchführung von umfangreichen Recherchen bei fachlichen Sonderthemen
  • Erstellung interner als auch kundenorientierter Reports und Berichte (u.a. Lebensnachweislisten für Versicherer und Sozialversicherungsträger)
  • Teilnahme und Mitwirkung an laufenden Projekten und Übernahme von kundenbezogenen Sonderaufgaben im Bereich der Rentenverwaltung

Qualifications

  • Du studierst erfolgreich in einem wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen, naturwissenschaftlichen oder geisteswissenschaftlichen Studiengang
  • Freude am Umgang mit Zahlen
  • Die Fähigkeit, dich schnell in komplexe Sachverhalte einzuarbeiten
  • Die Fähigkeit zum strukturierten und analytischen Denken
  • Die Bereitschaft zum selbstständigen Arbeiten
  • Ein hohes Maß an Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke, Qualitätsbewusstsein und überdurchschnittliches Engagement
