Per conto di un'organizzazione strutturata con sede a Napoli siamo alla ricerca di una figura di Responsabilità Operations per coordinare uffici amministrativi ad alto volume, in una fase di rafforzamento organizzativo e di consolidamento dei presidi di controllo. La posizione ha l'obiettivo di garantire continuità operativa, qualità e tracciabilità delle attività e una gestione efficace delle persone, introducendo o rafforzando processi, procedure, flussi di lavoro, responsabilità e KPI/SLA. La figura inserita sarà responsabile del coordinamento e della gestione di un team di circa 30 persone garantendo: allineamento operativo, chiarezza di ruoli, sviluppo competenze e accountability individuale. Responsabilità principali Coordinare le attività quotidiane degli uffici (gestione pratiche e richieste), assicurando rispetto delle policy, completezza documentale e tracciabilità delle decisioni. Definire, aggiornare e far applicare processi e procedure operative (SOP), con particolare attenzione a: responsabilità, passaggi di handover, autorizzazioni, escalation e controlli di linea. Impostare un modello di gestione basato su KPI/SLA (tempi di lavorazione, backlog, errori, reclami/segnalazioni, produttività, qualità), con reporting periodico verso Direzione e funzioni interne. Monitorare rischi operativi e non conformità, definendo azioni correttive e preventive, con approccio strutturato al miglioramento continuo. Pianificare carichi e capacità: assegnazione priorità, gestione picchi, coperture, turnazioni/rotazioni dove necessarie. Governare l'operatività attraverso strumenti digitali (piattaforme interne e/o sistemi di workflow/ticketing), garantendo corretto utilizzo, standardizzazione e qualità dei dati. Collaborare alla definizione o revisione di checklist, template, guide operative e materiali di supporto per l'esecuzione uniforme delle attività. Interfacciarsi con funzioni interne (es. amministrazione/contabilità, legale/compliance, commerciale/operations) per risolvere casistiche complesse, garantire coerenza procedurale e allineamento delle priorità. Gestire escalation e casi sensibili con approccio documentato e orientato alla soluzione. Requisiti Laurea (preferibile). Esperienza consolidata in ruoli di Operations/Back Office/Service Delivery o coordinamento uffici amministrativi con volumi significativi. Esperienza comprovata di people management (coordinamento team, organizzazione lavoro quotidiano, gestione performance) in contesti strutturati. Capacità di impostare un modello di gestione manageriale concreto: obiettivi, feedback, gestione performance, piani di miglioramento, valorizzazione delle figure chiave e creazione di referenti/leadership intermedia. Capacità di favorire un clima di lavoro orientato a rigore, collaborazione e responsabilità, gestendo resistenze e assicurando l'adozione degli standard definiti. Consolidata esperienza nel: definire e implementare processi e flussi di lavoro, impostare controlli e sistemi di monitoraggio, lavorare per priorità, gestione picchi e risoluzione problemi. Impostare un approccio data-driven: KPI, SLA, backlog, analisi e decisioni basate su evidenze. Ottima dimestichezza con strumenti digitali e reportistica. Sede di lavoro: Napoli. Possibilità di lavoro in modalità ibrida di smart working Inquadramento Contratto a tempo indeterminato, livello Quadro.
