CAPO CONTABILE Per realtà aziendale in provincia di Alessandria, stiamo selezionando un/una Capo Contabile che avrà un ruolo chiave nella gestione operativa e nel presidio dei processi amministrativo-contabili, con riporto diretto al CFO e interfaccia costante con la proprietà. Tra le sue principali responsabilità: - Supervisionare le attività di contabilità generale, ciclo attivo e passivo, garantendo correttezza delle registrazioni e rispetto delle scadenze. - Gestire la fatturazione Italia/estero, le liquidazioni IVA e gli adempimenti amministrativi e fiscali ricorrenti. - Presidiare processi di chiusura mensile e annuale e predisporre la reportistica amministrativa e finanziaria a supporto del management. - Curare la predisposizione del bilancio civilistico e supportare la gestione del consolidato, coordinando la raccolta documentale (incl. nota integrativa) in collaborazione con consulenti esterni. - Gestire i rapporti con commercialista, consulenti, società di revisione e altri interlocutori esterni, supportando audit e verifiche periodiche. - Collaborare con il controllo di gestione su attività di budgeting e monitoraggio economico. - Garantire il rispetto di procedure, controlli interni e obblighi normativi, proponendo e implementando miglioramenti di processo. - Assicurare una corretta organizzazione e archiviazione della documentazione amministrativa. Requisiti: - Laurea in Economia - Esperienza consolidata in ambito amministrazione, contabilità e fiscale, maturata preferibilmente in aziende strutturate e/o studi professionali nel ruolo di capo contabile/responsabile amministrativo con il coordinamento di un limitato team di risorse - Ottima conoscenza di contabilità generale, adempimenti fiscali periodici e annuali. - Esperienza su chiusure contabili, predisposizione bilancio e gestione relazioni con consulenti e revisori. - Forte orientamento a scadenze e obiettivi, autonomia nella definizione delle priorità, precisione e affidabilità. - Spiccate capacità organizzative, analitiche e di problem solving; buona comunicazione e gestione delle relazioni. - Buona conoscenza MS Office, in particolare Excel. - Inglese buono. Inquadramento e contesto - Riporto diretto al CFO e ruolo centrale nella funzione Finance. - RAL commisurata all'esperienza nel range 45/50K. Sede: Provincia di Alessandria.
