Per una prestigiosa realtà italiana attiva nel settore luxury hospitality, ricerchiamo un/una Director of Development Missione del ruolo La risorsa sarà responsabile della ricerca proattiva, analisi e valutazione di nuove opportunità alberghiere nell'area assegnata, con l'obiettivo di portarle a sviluppo e finalizzarne l'ingresso nel portafoglio della società, in coerenza con il piano strategico di espansione definito per il territorio. Responsabilità principali Scouting e origination di nuove opportunità (hotel esistenti, conversioni, nuovi sviluppi) nell'area assegnata, in linea con la mappa di espansione e le priorità strategiche. Analisi di mercato e competitive intelligence costante: trend, pipeline, pricing, destinazioni ad alto potenziale, opportunità 'off-market'. Valutazione preliminare e fattibilità dei progetti (commerciale/strategica, tecnico-operativa di primo livello, sostenibilità economica e coerenza con il brand). Preparazione e presentazione interna dei progetti per approvazione, includendo raccomandazioni, rischi/opportunità e proposta di next steps. Prioritizzazione delle iniziative in base alle linee guida del CEO e al piano di crescita. Negoziazione secondo la policy definita per ciascun progetto; Produzione della documentazione necessaria per l'iter di approvazione (es. memo di investimento, business case, presentazioni, materiali per comitati interni). Sviluppo e mantenimento di un network qualificato (owner, investitori, operatori, sviluppatori, advisor, broker, enti locali). Requisiti richiesti Esperienza minima di 5 anni in ruolo analogo con forte esposizione a processi di negoziazione e sviluppo (sviluppo alberghiero/real estate hospitality). Preferibile provenienza da gruppi alberghieri posizionati nel segmento lusso. Esperienza su territori/destinazioni in cui sia presente un network attivo con proprietà, investitori e broker. Spiccate capacità di: decision making e orientamento al risultato, negoziazione e selling, relazioni interpersonali e gestione stakeholder, organizzazione e pianificazione (pipeline e priorità). Laurea preferibilmente in Economia, Turismo o Giurisprudenza (o discipline affini). Italiano e inglese fluenti (requisito indispensabile); la conoscenza della lingua spagnola sarà considerato un plus.
