Per importante struttura sanitaria, stiamo cercando un/una: Senior IT Systems Specialist - Site Ownership La risorsa sarà l'unico presidio ICT interno della sede: garantirà continuità operativa e sicurezza dei servizi IT, gestendo in prima persona le attività tecniche e coordinando i fornitori, contribuendo anche a dare un indirizzo su priorità e roadmap locale in raccordo con Direzione e IT di gruppo. Responsabilità Presidio operativo IT di sede: gestione e supporto su postazioni, rete/Wi-Fi, stampanti/periferiche, sale e ambulatori; troubleshooting di 1°/2° livello, gestione ticket ed escalation. Sistemi informativi sanitari: configurazione, manutenzione e monitoraggio di applicativi (es. cartella clinica elettronica, prenotazioni/CUP, telemedicina e integrazioni correlate). Vendor management: punto di contatto per fornitori IT (assistenza applicativa/infrastrutturale), pianificazione interventi, verifica deliverable e qualità del servizio (SLA/KPI), escalation. Continuità di servizio: monitoraggio servizi critici, backup/restore, gestione incident e piani di ripristino in coordinamento con IT centrale. Sicurezza e compliance: applicazione delle policy e supporto a audit/controlli (GDPR, ISO 27001, NIS2 e linee guida interne), gestione accessi/utenze e aggiornamenti in raccordo con il gruppo. Indirizzo e miglioramento: raccolta esigenze dei reparti, proposta di priorità e interventi (quick win + strutturali), ottimizzazione dei flussi digitali clinico-amministrativi, supporto al change e formazione utenti. Requisiti Esperienza in ruoli IT con responsabilità end-to-end su sede/plant o contesti regolati; preferibile esposizione a healthcare. Conoscenza delle principali infrastrutture ICT e networking (es. Fortinet/Cisco/Aruba/Watchguard o equivalenti). Conoscenza di sistemi di Virtualizzazione e backup (es. VMware/Proxmox, Veeam o equivalenti). Conoscenza database (SQL e principali RDBMS: Oracle/PostgreSQL, ecc.) a livello operativo. Autonomia, capacità di prioritizzazione, comunicazione efficace con utenti e Direzione; gestione di più attività in parallelo. Plus Esperienza con sistemi sanitari (es. H2O, Dedalus, TuoTempo o equivalenti) e integrazioni. Certificazioni (Microsoft, VMware, Fortinet, ITIL o simili). Esperienza su telemedicina e/o iniziative di cybersecurity in sanità.
