CFO - CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER Contesto Per un gruppo industriale del settore metalmeccanico, ricerchiamo un/una CFO che guidi la funzione Finance con forte orientamento al business, alla governance e alla creazione di valore. Obiettivo del ruolo Assicurare solidità finanziaria, qualità del reporting e presidio dei rischi, supportando il CEO/Board nelle decisioni strategiche e nelle iniziative di sviluppo (investimenti, efficientamenti, M&A, funding). Responsabilità principali - Definire e guidare la strategia finanziaria in coerenza con il piano industriale. - Supervisionare contabilità, bilancio civilistico/gestionale, reporting e chiusure periodiche. - Presidiare budget, forecast e controlling, con analisi scostamenti e KPI. - Gestire cash flow, tesoreria, working capital e ottimizzazione della struttura finanziaria. - Coordinare i rapporti con banche, consulenti, revisori, stakeholder e, se presente, investitori/PE. - Garantire compliance fiscale e societaria (normative, procedure, deleghe, controlli interni). - Supportare operazioni straordinarie: M&A, riorganizzazioni, funding, due diligence. - Sviluppare il team e migliorare processi e sistemi (ERP/BI), con un approccio data-driven. Requisiti - Laurea in Economia/Finanza; eventuali percorsi post-laurea sono un plus. - Esperienza consolidata in ruoli di responsabilità Finance (CFO/Finance Director/Head of Finance) in contesti strutturati e in trasformazione. - Competenze solide su: bilancio, controlling, tesoreria, fiscalità, governance e stakeholder management. - Abitudine a interlocuzione con CEO/Board, azionisti, revisori e istituzioni finanziarie. - Inglese professionale; ulteriori lingue sono un plus. Competenze chiave - Leadership, autorevolezza e capacità di guidare team multidisciplinari. - Approccio analitico e pragmatico, orientato a decisioni e risultati. - Integrità, riservatezza, gestione del rischio e attenzione ai dettagli. - Capacità di lavorare per priorità in contesti complessi e multi-sito. Cosa offre il ruolo - Fascia di RAL da attribuire alla posizione: 80/90k - Livello di inquadramento: Quadro/Dirigente - Posizione apicale con impatto diretto su strategia, investimenti e creazione di valore. - Percorso di trasformazione (processi/sistemi) e coinvolgimento in progetti straordinari.
