Per conto di un solido Gruppo a matrice imprenditoriale e forte vocazione internazionale siamo alla ricerca di un* Group CFO che parli fluentemente l' inglese. La persona riportando all' Amministratore Delegato avrà come macro-obiettivi quelli di: Sostenere l'espansione internazionale sia per linee interne sia attraverso un ambizioso piano di acquisizioni (M&A) 2. Uniformare e digitalizzare processi e procedure Finance tra Italia ed estero, rendendo più fluida ed efficace la condivisione dei dati con l'HQ italiano Principali responsabilità: Finanza & M&A: Ottimizzare la struttura del capitale (debito bancario, finanza strutturata, private debt) e supportare l'AD nei processi di M&A, dalla valutazione e due diligence fino alla post-merger integration Pianificazione & Controllo: Rafforzare sistemi di controllo di gestione e reporting, trasformando la funzione Finance in un business partner proattivo. Identificazione di KPI di gruppo Supervisione Contabile & Amministrativa: Sovrintendere all'intera area contabile garantendo la massima correttezza e tempestività del bilancio civilistico e consolidato (reporting in OIC e IFRS) Fiscalità internazionale & Tesoreria: Presidiare la pianificazione fiscale internazionale e ottimizzare i processi di tesoreria (gestione cash-flow, rischi di cambio e tassi) con il supporto di consulenti specializzati Coordinamento di un ristretto team italiano (responsabilità gerarchica) ed estero (responsabilità funzionale) Requisiti: Laurea in Economia, Finanza o Ingegneria Gestionale Solido percorso come CFO o in ruoli apicali Finance all'interno di gruppi industriali internazionali, idealmente caratterizzati da dinamiche e governance imprenditoriali Conoscenza della finanza straordinaria, rifinanziamenti e gestione di fonti di capitale diversificate Sarà considerato un requisito preferenziale l'aver gestito o preparato un percorso di quotazione (IPO) Comprovata capacità di change management con strutturazione di processi Finance centralizzati Autorevolezza, visione strategica, pragmatismo operativo e forte attitudine a interfacciarsi sia con Inglese fluente. La conoscenza di altre lingue è considerata un plus. Sede di lavoro: Provincia Nord di Bergamo con disponibilità ad effettuare trasferte in Italia e all'estero Range retributivo indicativo per il ruolo: 110-160.000 euro di ral + auto + 20.000 di mbo #LI-AM Wyser S.r.l. è autorizzata ad operare dal Ministero del Lavoro e delle Politiche Sociali (Aut.
