Per conto di una realtà strutturata operante nel settore chimico-farmaceutico, inserita in una fase di trasformazione digitale e di rafforzamento dei presidi di governance, sicurezza e standardizzazione a livello di Gruppo, siamo alla ricerca di una figura di Chief Technology Officer La posizione si colloca a diretto riporto del CIO e rappresenta un ruolo 'ponte' tra l'operatività quotidiana e la definizione/adozione di policy, processi e controlli, con focus particolare sulla gestione delle sussidiarie estere e sul governo dei fornitori. Responsabilità principali Governare infrastrutture e servizi IT (on-prem / cloud / ambienti ibridi), garantendo continuità operativa e adeguati livelli di resilienza sui diversi siti del Gruppo (Italia ed estero). Rafforzare cybersecurity e compliance, con un approccio proattivo: definizione e implementazione di policy, controlli, monitoraggio e iniziative di remediation (es. percorso NIS2, GDPR e requisiti tipici di contesti regolamentati chimico-pharma). Gestire networking & security a livello corporate: architetture di rete, segmentazione, protezione perimetrale, gestione del rischio e riduzione dell'esposizione (anche a seguito di incidenti e hardening dei sistemi di produzione). Presidiare la relazione con le sussidiarie: standard IT di Gruppo, allineamento operativo, coordinamento rollout, gestione priorità/escalation e comunicazione strutturata verso gli stakeholder locali. Governare fornitori e contratti: selezione/valutazione partner, gestione SLA e performance, controllo costi, razionalizzazione contratti e asset (device, servizi, licenze), challenge costruttivo dei provider. Coordinare l'IT Service Management e l'evoluzione dei processi (in un contesto dove il ticketing di 1° livello è esternalizzato): chiarire ruoli/responsabilità, migliorare qualità del servizio, tracciabilità e reporting. Contribuire alla roadmap tecnologica insieme al CIO: priorità di investimento, architetture target, standard, piani di miglioramento e misurazione dell'avanzamento. Requisiti Esperienza consolidata in ruoli di IT Infrastructure / IT Operations / IT Service Management / Cyber Security Governance in aziende strutturate, preferibilmente in contesti industriali e/o regolamentati (chimico/pharma è un plus rilevante). Solida capacità di gestione multi-sito e internazionale e di coordinamento 'a distanza' con sussidiarie/plant. Esperienza concreta nel governo dei fornitori (contratti, SLA, costi, qualità del servizio, delivery). Approccio orientato a processi, policy e controllo del rischio, con capacità di passare da modello reattivo a modello proattivo. Buone capacità comunicative e di stakeholder management (corporate, plant, funzioni centrali). Inglese fluente (mandatorio). Sede e modalità di lavoro Sede di lavoro: Milano Nord. Possibili trasferte presso sedi del Gruppo in Italia e all'estero in funzione dei progetti. Inquadramento Contratto a tempo indeterminato, livello Quadro.
