Per prestigiosa realtà operante nel settore industriale/energetico, Wyser è alla ricerca di un/una IT & Business Applications Manager La risorsa, a riporto diretto del Management, avrà la responsabilità di guidare l'evoluzione di ERP e analytics/BI e l'introduzione di applicazioni AI a supporto dei processi aziendali, lavorando come punto di raccordo tra funzioni di business, IT interno e fornitori. Responsabilità principali Governance dell'evoluzione ERP: assessment as-is, raccolta requisiti, definizione priorità e roadmap (6/12/18 mesi) in coerenza con la crescita. Efficientamento e digitalizzazione dei processi con riduzione della manualità, con focus su Finance/Controlling e Acquisti. Sviluppo e consolidamento di Analytics/BI: definizione KPI e reporting, coordinamento attività con partner esterni e stakeholder interni. Introduzione e scalabilità di use case AI (es. sperimentazioni/PoC e messa a terra), valorizzando iniziative già avviate su strumenti di AI. Coordinamento operativo di fornitori/system integrator (incl. partner su TeamSystem e BI): avanzamento, qualità deliverable, escalation. Contributo alla definizione dell'evoluzione dell'infrastruttura IT (as-is e target) e delle priorità, in collaborazione con il team IT. Supporto al percorso di evoluzione degli strumenti di produttività (contesto attuale Google Workspace con prevista migrazione verso Microsoft), seguendo progettualità e adozione. Requisiti Esperienza in ruoli di Business Applications / IT Project Management / Digital Transformation (azienda o consulenza), con forte esposizione su ERP e progetti di evoluzione applicativa. Background tecnico unito a una solida comprensione dei processi di business. Esperienza nel governo di fornitori e nella gestione per priorità, con forte orientamento a execution. Buone capacità relazionali e comunicazione efficace con interlocutori tecnici e non tecnici. Titolo di studio: Laurea (Informatica, Ingegneria, Economia/Management o affini) oppure percorso equivalente. Nice to have Esperienza con TeamSystem e/o contesti ERP 'stratificati' da razionalizzare. Provenienza da System Integrator o esperienza su clienti o in aziende energy/industriali. Familiarità con iniziative BI/analytics e con l'introduzione di use case AI in azienda. Esperienza su progetti di migrazione verso Microsoft/M365. Competenze personali Approccio pragmatico e orientato alla risoluzione problemi Metodo, autonomia e capacità di portare avanti più iniziative in parallelo Capacità di influenzare e coordinare stakeholder interni/esterni Orientamento a risultati e rispetto delle scadenze Si offre Inserimento con contratto di assunzione diretta a tempo indeterminato Retribuzione prevista: compresa tra € 50.000 e € 60.000 RAL + MBO: 10% + Ticket Sede di Lavoro: Provincia di Taranto Wyser S.r.l. è autorizzata ad operare dal Ministero del Lavoro e delle Politiche Sociali (Aut.
