Per realtà in crescita nel mondo delle energie rinnovabili e impianti ad elevato contenuto tecnologico, ricerchiamo un PROJECT MANAGER con esperienza nella gestione di grandi commesse industriali. Cerchiamo una figura solida, autonoma e capace di guidare progetti complessi dall'avvio alla messa in servizio, coordinando persone, fornitori e processi con visione tecnica e responsabilità economica. Il ruolo prevede la gestione completa di progetti legati alla realizzazione di impianti industriali e linee automatizzate: dalla lettura del capitolato alla supervisione delle attività di montaggio elettrico e meccanico, fino al commissioning software. La persona selezionata sarà il punto di riferimento per il cliente, per i team interni e per i fornitori in subappalto, garantendo qualità, sicurezza e rispetto dei tempi. Cerchiamo un professionista con almeno cinque anni di esperienza nella gestione di commesse complesse, preferibilmente proveniente dal mondo dei grandi impianti industriali, dell'automazione, della robotica o dei costruttori di macchine OEM. Sono richieste competenze nella gestione economica del contratto (costi, ricavi, varianti), familiarità con le dinamiche di cantiere e con la documentazione di sicurezza, oltre a una naturale attitudine nel proporre soluzioni migliorative e nel negoziare con il cliente finale. Il ruolo prevede trasferte in Italia e in Europa per circa il 50% del tempo. È richiesta la conoscenza della lingua inglese; lo spagnolo è considerato un plus.
