Azienda italiana di rilievo mondiale parte di un importante gruppo giapponese, orientata alla costante ricerca di idee e nuove soluzioni innovative, punto di riferimento nel settore dell'energie rinnovabili, nelle grandi pompe di calore ed espansori di gas, nell'ottica di potenziare il Service Team, ci ha richiesto di ricercare un/una: SERVICE ENGINEER con TEDESCO La risorsa, in riporto al Service Manager, avrà la responsabilità di gestire in completa autonomia le segnalazioni da clienti italiani ed esteri supportandoli telefonicamente nella risoluzione dei problemi. Nello specifico si occuperà delle seguenti attività: Effettua diagnosi dei problemi emersi ed impostare le relative soluzioni Segnala le non conformità/reclami di cui viene a conoscenza, eseguendo l'analisi della causa in collaborazione con il proprio responsabile Pianifica e gestisce l'organizzazione degli interventi delle squadre operative (interne o esterne) Fornisce assistenza tecnica in accordo con le condizioni contrattuali in vigore (garanzia, contratto di service, intervento straordinario, reperibilità o turni se previsti) Chiude l'intervento tramite la compilazione di report specifici Redige e aggiorna le istruzioni di lavoro e le procedure operative di reparto L'azienda desidera entrare in contatto con persone appassionate & talentuose. Il/La candidato/a ideale ha conseguito una laurea in Ingegneria ENERGETICA, MECCANICA O CHIMICA che ha maturato almeno tre anni di esperienza nel ruolo preferibilmente in settori relativi a impianti o macchinari complessi (cogenerazione, biogas, petrolchimico). Requisiti indispensabili al fine di ricoprire il ruolo sono: Buona conoscenza della lingua TEDESCA e della lingua INGLESE (almeno livello B2/C1) Buona conoscenza del disegno tecnico Buona conoscenza dei concetti di termodinamica Disponibile a effettuare trasferte quando necessario Si offre: CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria - 13 mensilità ticket restaurant un ambiente altamente tecnologico Assicurazione sanitaria e agevolazioni/convenzioni destinate esclusivamente ai nostri collaboratori La risorsa verrà inserita all'interno di un percorso di formazione e di affiancamento con l'obiettivo di poter operare successivamente in autonomia e responsabilità decisionale nella gestione di clienti importanti.
