Als zorgkundige bij WZC Annadal draag je bij aan het welzijn, comfort en de levenskwaliteit van bewoners. Je ondersteunt hen bij de dagelijkse verzorging, voert gedelegeerde zorgende handelingen uit en hebt aandacht voor wat bewoners nodig hebben én zelf nog kunnen. Door veranderingen zorgvuldig te observeren en te rapporteren, help je om de zorg goed af te stemmen op hun individuele noden.

Bij Annadal werk je in een hecht en ondersteunend team waarin collega’s elkaar helpen en samen verantwoordelijkheid opnemen. Het woonzorgcentrum is gespecialiseerd in dementiezorg, palliatieve zorg en geriatrische verpleegkunde. Je krijgt daardoor de kans om jouw deskundigheid verder te ontwikkelen. De sterke verbondenheid met Retie zorgt voor een warme, vertrouwde sfeer. Bewoners, familie, medewerkers en dorpsgenoten ontmoeten elkaar in het Grand Café en beleven samen betekenisvolle momenten.

Jouw rol bestaat onder andere uit:

uitvoeren van gedelegeerde zorgende handelingen;instaan voor de dagelijkse verzorging en hygiëne van bewoners;bieden van comfortzorg en preventieve zorg;observeren en rapporteren van veranderingen in de toestand van bewoners;ondersteunen bij maaltijden, medicatie en dagelijkse activiteiten en bijdragen aan een aangename, ordelijke en veilige leefomgeving.

Je bent betrokken, nauwkeurig en voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar samenwerking en persoonsgerichte zorg centraal staan. Met jouw zorgzame en professionele houding heb je aandacht voor de eigenheid van iedere bewoner. Je voert gedelegeerde handelingen zorgvuldig uit, merkt veranderingen tijdig op en stemt hierover correct af met verpleegkundigen en collega’s. Ervaring is niet vereist: zowel starters als ervaren zorgkundigen zijn welkom.

Verder vragen wij:

een diploma als zorgkundige;een geldig visum als zorgkundige;een goede kennis van het Nederlands;de maturiteit en verantwoordelijkheidszin om gedelegeerde handelingen correct uit te voeren;het vermogen om veranderingen te observeren en hierover correct te rapporteren
