1. 负责机器人中间件的设计、开发、测试和部署，构建统一的软件通信与运行框架。 2. 实现机器人中间件核心能力，包括模块通信、服务发现、进程间通信（IPC）、数据发布/订阅、远程过程调用（RPC）等。 3. 保障机器人中间件的高吞吐、低延迟与高可靠性，满足机器人系统实时性与稳定性要求。 4. 参与机器人整体基础软件架构设计与演进，构建覆盖操作系统层、通信层、设备抽象层、功能服务层的软件体系。

1. 计算机科学、软件工程、自动化、机器人或相关专业本科及以上学历。 2. 熟练使用 C/C++、Rust 开发。 3. 熟悉 Linux 系统原理与开发，包括进程调度、内存管理、文件系统、网络编程、多线程与进程间通信。 4. 熟悉一种或多种机器人中间件或通信框架，如 ROS/ROS2、DDS（Cyclone DDS/FastDDS）、Zenoh、iceoryx2、dora-rs、copper-rs 等。
