1、参与多模态数据平台建设，支持视频、图像、动作轨迹等数据的接入、解析、质检、标注与数据集构建。 2、参与数据闭环建设，结合训练评测反馈分析问题样本，协助开展数据筛选、补充与再处理，验证数据改进效果。 3、探索大模型/VLM 在智能标注、质量评估和语义理解中的应用，通过自动化与人机协作提升数据质量和生产效率。 4、参与平台 AI 原生与 Agent 化建设，开发自然语言交互、工具调用和自动化工作流，让数据查询、分析、处理与问题排查更便捷。 5、参与数据管理、检索分析与可视化工具开发，与算法及平台团队协作，改善数据发现、使用和反馈体验。 6、参与性能与成本优化，通过批处理、结果复用和缓存等方式减少重复计算与人工投入；使用 AI 辅助开发，完成测试验证与效果分析。

1、面向相关专业应届毕业生及在校生，熟悉 Python 或 Go，具备基本的编程和数据处理能力。 2、对具身智能、数据和大模型有兴趣，了解机器学习基本流程，有课程、科研或个人项目实践。 3、愿意使用 AI Coding 和 Agent 工具，能主动学习、动手验证，关注结果正确性，具备良好的沟通与协作能力。 加分项 有机器人、多模态数据或 Agent 项目经验；接触过 ROS/ROS2、SQL、Lance、Arrow/Parquet、Ray/Daft 等技术；有可展示的项目或开源成果。
