1. 参与灵巧手精细操作相关算法研发，包括 VLA、模仿学习、强化学习、运动控制和多模态感知等方向； 2. 参与视觉、动作、力/触觉等多模态数据处理与模型训练，提升复杂操作任务中的泛化能力； 3. 参与仿真环境搭建、策略训练、Sim2Real 验证和真机实验分析； 4. 参与灵巧手数据清洗、数据增强、抓取姿态生成、retargeting 和实验评测； 5. 跟踪灵巧手、机器人操作、具身智能和机器人学习前沿方向。

1. 毕业时间介于2026年9月至2027年8月的国内外高校的本科生、硕士生、博士生，机器人学、计算机视觉、人工智能、机器学习、机械电子工程等相关专业优先； 2. 熟练掌握主流深度学习与强化学习框架（PyTorch、TensorFlow、JAX等）； 3. 具备灵巧手的VLA，模仿学习或强化学习项目经验，对先进算法如 Pi0，ACT，Diffusion Policy，Flow Matching，RT-1/RT-2、OpenVLA、Octo、robomimic 等有实际实现经历； 4. 熟悉或具备仿真平台与真机测试经验（如 Isaac Gym、Mujoco）； 5. 具备扎实的算法理论基础及良好的代码工程能力，能够进行分布式训练与算法优化； 6. 在 ICRA、IROS、CoRL、RSS、TRO、IEEE Robotics and Automation Letters 等会议/期刊发表过论文者优先； 7. 具备以下任一经验者优先考虑： - 真机实验或灵巧手部署经验； - 在 灵巧手具身智能公司实习经历； - 触觉传感器融合算法经验； - 遥操作数据采集经验；
